What happens to submissions
The form is processed by Netlify Forms and appears in the site's Netlify dashboard. Email notifications must be configured by the site owner in Netlify. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and use direct email if you prefer not to use the form.
Calculation problem reports
For a reproducible math issue, include the full page name, every input and unit, the displayed result, your independently calculated result, and the formula or source used for comparison. Remove customer names, addresses, serial numbers, account numbers, and contract details. Screenshots can help with layout problems, but use sample data when possible.
Questions about local rates, legal language, taxes, engineering, machine capacity, safe excavation, utilities, hauling compliance, or financing need an appropriate qualified professional or official authority. The contact channel cannot inspect a site or certify a decision.
Calculator and guide requests
A useful request identifies the decision, required inputs, expected outputs, units, formula, and the source supporting that formula. Requests are stronger when the result can be explained without hidden market data and when they serve equipment owners or small contractors across more than one locality.
Content correction requests should link to a current primary source when the subject involves a law, agency requirement, manufacturer specification, or lender disclosure. General promotional submissions, link-exchange requests, and unsupported market-rate claims are not suitable evidence for calculator defaults.
Accessibility and security reports
For accessibility issues, include the page, browser, device, assistive technology if relevant, the control or content involved, and what prevented completion. For a security concern, use the address in security.txt and do not exploit, access, retain, or transmit other people's information. The site cannot offer a bug bounty or authorize testing against Netlify or other third-party services.
Messages are reviewed for relevance and reproducibility, but no response time is promised. Do not use the form for emergencies, active safety issues, utility incidents, legal deadlines, payment disputes, or other time-sensitive decisions.
